Shipping policy

At Ember & Oasis, we strive for prompt customer service and fast shipping. However, due to the nature of our products, some items ship directly from the manufacturer.

We always provide you, the customer, with the most up-to-date information as possible. Most items generally ship from the manufacturer between 1-7 days. In-stock items fulfilled from our location generally ship from our site the same day or next day. We notify you as soon as we know. 

Transit time varies depending on shipping location and method selected. We always strive to select carriers who provide the best quality, safe transport of product, and reliability while balancing cost to the you the customer. 

A large portion of products we sell are physically large and/or heavy. These items can ship via different carriers and can require additional planning. We will work with you to ensure a smooth delivery to you. Freight carriers will only unload the product to your door. They will not carry it inside, around the the house or structure, or anywhere but the door. The carrier will not assemble the product in any way, shape, or form. The carrier's job is to get the product, as shipped, to your door. Please do not ask them to do any more than that. If you need additional assistance with assembly, you will be required to source that on your own.
